You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct when using the g5550 platform:

• Registering or using the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting any third party to do so.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with g5550 games or systems.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the g5550 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the g5550 platform without prior written consent from g5550.

g5550 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all registered users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending on g5550.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic session termination after a pre-defined playing duration.

g5550's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

g5550 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and reserves the right to suspend Services for maintenance without prior notice.

g5550 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more (dormancy policy).

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to identity verification completion.
